AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE A OF
SECTION 26-228 OF THE CITY CODE,
ESTABLISHING SPEED LIMITS ON VILLAGE
DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule A of Section 26-228 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing speed limits in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations:
Village Drive -- From North Sprigg Street, along the
Southern portion of the loop to its terminus, twenty
(20) miles per hour.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be
ten days after its passage and approval.
