AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING SEWER EASEMENTS FROM
STONEBRIDGE SUBDIVISION PROPERTY OWNERS
ASSOCIATION, DANA C. BRANSON, ALAN BRANSON,
AND JUDY C. SMITH, TRUSTEE, FOR SANITARY
SEWERS TO SERVE GIBONEY WOODS THIRD
SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Sewer Easement, executed by Stonebridge Subdivision
Property Owners Association, an unincorporated association,
conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a Sewer Easement
for sewers to serve Giboney Woods Third Subdivision, more
particularly described as follows, to -wit:
A STRIP OF LAND 15 FEET WIDE LYING 7.5 FEET ON EACH SIDE
OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LINE:
A PART OF UNITED STATES PRIVATE SURVEY NO. 679, TOWNSHIP
30 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST OF THE FIFTH PRINCIPAL MERIDIAN,
CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF MISSOURI,
BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
Beginning at the intersection of an existing sanitary
sewer line and the west line of Lot No. 11 of Stonebridge
Subdivision as recorded in the land records of the County
Recorder's Office in plat book no. 16 at page no. 97,
from which the southwest corner of said Lot No. 11 bears
S 02 deg. 45 min. 00 sec. E, 143.43 feet; Thence N 85
deg. 17 min. 19 sec. W, 99.62 feet along the centerline
of said sanitary sewer to the east right of way line of
Bloomfield Road.
The sidelines of the above described easement being
prolonged and shortened to terminate at said east right
of way line and at the west line of said Lot No. 11.
ARTICLE 2. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Sewer Easement, executed by Dana C. Branson, a/k/a Dana
C. Smith, and Alan Branson, her husband, and Judy C. Smith, Trustee
of the Revocable Living Trust Agreement of Judy C. Smith dated
August 19, 1997, conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
a Sewer Easement for sewers to serve Giboney Woods Third
Subdivision, more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
A STRIP OF LAND 15 FEET WIDE LYING 7.5 FEET ON EACH SIDE
OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED LINE:

ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
