AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C OF SECTION
26-121 OF THE CITY CODE, BY REPEALING STOP
SIGNS ON MT. AUBURN ROAD AT BLOOMFIELD ROAD,
AND AMENDING SCHEDULE E OF SECTION 26-283 BY
ESTABLISHING A FOUR-WAY STOP AT BLOOMFIELD
ROAD AND MT. AUBURN ROAD, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule C of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by repealing stop signs in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations:
On Mt. Auburn Road at Bloomfield Road facing North.
On Mt. Auburn Road at Bloomfield Road, Southeast corner
facing South.
ARTICLE 2. Schedule E of Section 26-283 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing a four-way stop in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following location:
At the intersection of Bloomfield Road and Mt. Auburn
Road.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
