AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE A OF
SECTION 26-228 OF THE CITY CODE,
ESTABLISHING SPEED LIMITS ON ROUTE AB
(NASH ROAD), IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule A of Section 26-228 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing speed limits in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations:
Route AB (Nash Road) -- Between the Cape City Limit
west of I-55 (log point 0.66) and the Scott City City
Limit just east of I-55 (log point 0.97), forty-five
(45) m.p.h.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
