ORDINANCE NO. 12ED,
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE A OF
SECTION 26-228 OF THE CITY CODE, REPEALING
AND ESTABLISHING SPEED LIMITS ON
BROADWAY, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule A of Section 26-228 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by repealing speed limits in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations:
Broadway -- Between Clark Avenue and Perry Avenue -
25 MPH.
ARTICLE 2. Schedule A of Section 26-228 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing speed limits in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations:
Broadway -- Between Clark Avenue and Perry Avenue --
10 MPH.
ARTICLE 3.
