ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A SEWER EASEMENT FROM
P & J MARKETING, L.L.C., FOR RHODES 101
CONVENIENCE STORES SANITARY SEWER RELOCATION,
IN SEWER DISTRICT NO. 7A
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Sewer Easement, from P & J Marketing, L.L.C., executed by
Paul Dirnberger, Managing Member and Jim Maurer, Managing Member,
conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a Sewer Easement
for Rhodes 101 Convenience Stores Sanitary Sewer Relocation, in
Sewer District No. 7A, described as follows, to -wit:
A part of Lots 14, 15 and 16 of Block 4 of the Marble
City Heights Addition to the City of Cape Girardeau,
County of Cape Girardeau, State of Missouri, described as
follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of said Lot 16; thence
South 820 00' 00" East, 182.48 feet along the North line
of said Lot 16 to the Northeast corner of said lot;
thence along the East line of said Lot 16 and also Lots
15 and 14, South 070 45' 57" West, 109.96 feet and there
terminating.
The side line of said easement being prolonged and
shortened to terminate at the West line of the aforesaid
Lot 16.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
