AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
OF DKR 6TH SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of DKR 6th Subdivision, a part of
Survey 2199, Township 30 North, Range 13 East, City and County of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by DKR Properties, LLC by G.
Keith Deimund, Member, and Johnny L. Selby Revocable Living Trust
Agreement, by Johnny L. Selby, Trustee, bearing the certification
of Wayne Koehler, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated April 5, 2000,
is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
