AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A SEWER EASEMENT FROM
RONALD J. GOSCHE AND LINDA GOSCHE, FOR SEWER
DISTRICT 14-1-F-10, HANOVER ESTATES
SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Sewer Easement, executed by Ronald J. Gosche and Linda
Gosche, husband and wife, conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, a Sewer Easement for Sewer District 14-1-F-
10, Hanover Estates Subdivision, more particularly described as
follows, to -wit:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot No. 3 of
Hanover Estates; thence along the East line of said Lot
No. 3, South 20 10' 44" East, 234.67 feet to the point
of beginning; thence along the said East line, South 20
10' 44" East, 15.05 feet to a point; thence North 870
42' 41" West, 184.85 feet to a point on the West line
of said Lot 3; thence along said West line, North 20
10' 44" West, 15.03 feet to a point; thence South 870
42' 41" East, 184.66 feet to the point of beginning.
Containing 2,784 square feet, more or less.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
