AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE A OF SECTION
26-228 OF THE CITY CODE, ESTABLISHING SPEED
LIMITS ON CAPE ROCK DRIVE, IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule A of Section 26-228 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby amended by
establishing speed limits in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at
the following location:
Cape Rock Drive - from Menard Way East to the overlook
drive at Cape Rock Park, ten (10) miles per hour.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten
days after its passage and approval.
