AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
OF LANDSPEC SUBDIVISION REVISED
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Landspec Subdivision Revised,
a part of Survey 3090, Township 30 North, Range 13 East, City and
County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by Landspec, L.C., by
William K. Kapp, M.D., President and Physician Alliance, L.C. by
William K. Kapp, M.D., Vice President, bearing the certification of
Larry D. Dowdy, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated December 1, 1999,
is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
