AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE K OF SECTION
26-121 OF THE CITY CODE, BY PLACING YIELD
SIGNS ON NOTRE DAME DRIVE AT WILLIAM STREET,
IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule K of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by placing yield signs in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations:
Notre Dame Drive - At William Street, southeast corner
facing south.
Notre Dame Drive - At William Street, southwest corner
facing north.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
