AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C OF SECTION
26-121 OF THE CITY CODE, BY PLACING STOP SIGNS
ON COUNTY ROADS 317, 203, AND 206, NOTRE DAME
DRIVE, AND PARKWOOD LAKE DRIVE, IN THE CITY
OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule C of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by placing stop signs in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following locations:
County Road 317 (East intersection) - At William,
northwest corner facing north.
County Road 317 (West intersection) - At William,
northwest corner facing east.
County Road 203 - At William, southeast corner facing
south.
County Road 206 - At William, southeast corner facing
south.
Notre Dame Drive - At William, southeast corner facing
south.
Parkwood Lake Drive - At William, northwest corner facing
north.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
