AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE A OF
SECTION 26-228 OF THE CITY CODE,
ESTABLISHING SPEED LIMITS ON WILLIAM
STREET, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule A of Section 26-228 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing speed limits in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following location:
William Street - From I-55 west to the eastern -most
intersection with County Road 317 - 45 Miles Per Hour.
William Street - From the eastern -most intersection with
County Road 317 west to the City Limits - 55 Miles Per
Hour.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
