AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A WATERLINE EASEMENT
FROM ROBERT A. DRURY AND ANNA R. DRURY, FOR
STORMWATER AND WATER IMPROVEMENTS FOR SEWER
DISTRICT 16-F, KELLER SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Waterline Easement, executed by Robert A. Drury and
Anna R. Drury, husband and wife, conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, a Waterline Easement for stormwater and
water improvements for Sewer District 16-F, Keller Subdivision,
more particularly described as follows, to -wit:
A PART OF UNITED STATES PRIVATE SURVEY NO. 175,
TOWNSHIP 30 NORTH, RANGE 13 EAST OF THE FIFTH PRINCIPAL
MERIDIAN, CITY AND COUNTY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, STATE OF
MISSOURI, BEING MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
A strip of land being 10 feet wide lying 5 feet each
side of the following described centerline:
Commencing at the southwest corner of Cape West Third
Subdivision as recorded in the land records of the
County Recorder's Office in Plat Book No. 16 at Page
No. 82; Thence along the south line of said subdivision
and the centerline of Bloomfield Road, North 550 53'
23" East, 392.87 feet; Thence leaving said south line
and centerline, South 270 10' 54" East, 30.22 feet to a
point on the southerly right of way of Bloomfield Road
and the True Point of Beginning;
Thence continuing, South 270 10' 54" East, 709.54 feet
to a point on the northerly right of way of Kell Farm
Drive and there terminating.
The side lines of said easement being prolonged and
shortened to terminate with the southerly right of way
of Bloomfield Road and with the northerly right of way
of Kell Farm Drive.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
