ORDINANCE NO. J&2139
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
OF LA MESA SECOND SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of La Mesa Second Subdivision,
that part of Out Lot No. 82, United States Private Survey No. 2199,
Township 30 North, Range 13 East, and all of La Mesa Condominium
Subdivision as recorded in Plat Book 11, Page 27, City and County
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by Donald L. Shrum and
Phyllis A. Shrum, his wife; and Parry S. Hastings as Successor
Trustee of the Warren Steven Hastings Revocable Trust, and Patty S.
Hastings as Trustee of the Patty S. Hastings Revocable Trust, and
James W. Abernathy and Mary M. Abernathy, as Trustees of the
Revocable Living Trust Agreement of Mary M. Abernathy, and Robert
J. Basler and Betty Ann Basler as Co -Trustees of the Robert J.
Basler and Betty Ann Basler Revocable Living Trust, and Joyce
Stovall, bearing the certification of Wayne Koehler, a Registered
Land Surveyor, dated December 15, 1999, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
