AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
OF DOUBLE S SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Double S Subdivision, a part of
the North i of the Northwest Quarter of Section 29, Township 31
North, Range 14 East, City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
submitted by Hildegard L. Schilling, surviving spouse of Senno
Schilling, bearing the certification of Stephanie R. Vines, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated November 16, 1999, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
