DEWROCK AND COLLECTOR'S DEEDS FOR THE FIRE DEPARTMENT TRAINING FACILITY SITE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri hereby accepts a General Warranty Deed executed by Emil W. Dewrock conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri property for the Fire Department Training Facility site, more particularly described as follows, to -wit: All of Lots Nine (9), Twelve (12), and Thirteen (13) in Block One (1) of Smelterville, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri as shown by Plat recorded in Plat Book 2 at page 42, land records of Cape Girardeau County, Missouri. ARTICLE 2. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri hereby accepts a Collector's Deed for Lands Sold for Delinquent Taxes at Third Sale executed by Harold D. Kuehle conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri property for the Fire Department Training Facility site, more particularly described as follows, to -wit: All of Lot Fifteen (15), Block One (1) of Smelterville, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, more fully described in Book 448, Page 891 in the County Recorder's Office, Cape Girardeau County, Missouri. ARTICLE 3. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri hereby accepts a Collector's Deed for Lands Sold for Delinquent Taxes at Third Sale executed by Harold D. Kuehle conveying to the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri property for the Fire Department Training Facility site, more particularly described as follows, to -wit: All of Lot Eight (8), Block One (1) of Smelterville, in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, more fully described in Book 324, Page 866 in the County Recorder's Office, Cape Girardeau County, Missouri.
