AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A SEWER EASEMENT FROM
PAUL A. SCHERMANN AND SARAH S. SCHERMANN, TO
SERVE CERTAIN PROPERTIES ALONG PERRYVILLE
ROAD AND EVERGREEN DRIVE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a Sewer Easement, executed by Paul A. Schermann and Sarah
S. Schermann, husband and wife, conveying to the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, a Sewer Easement to serve certain properties
along Perryville Road and Evergreen Drive, more particularly
described as follows, to -wit:
Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot No. 4 of
Hanover Estates; thence along the East line of said Lot
No. 4, South 10 27' 44" East, 227.69 feet to the point
of beginning; thence continuing South 1° 27' 44" East,
15.03 feet to a point; thence leaving said East line,
North 870 42' 41" West, 20.68 feet to a point; thence
North 10 27' 44" West, 15.00 feet to a point; thence,
South 870 42' 41" East, 19.67 feet to the point of
beginning. Containing 302 square feet, more or less.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
