AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING DEEDS AND EASEMENTS FROM PROPERTY OWNERS FOR THE BROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS TRANSPORTATION TRUST FUND PROJECT NO. 1-17 BETWEEN CLARK AVENUE AND PERRY AVENUE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby accepts a General Warranty Deed executed by Gregory L.
