AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
OF GAMMON SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Gammon Subdivision, a part of
Lot 42 in Range "H", City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
submitted by Ronald L. Gammon and Lavonna J. Gammon, husband and
wife, bearing the certification of Stephanie R. Vines, a Registered
Land Surveyor, dated November 5, 1999, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
