AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
OF LACROIX MEADOWS BUSINESS PARK PHASE
II SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of LaCroix Meadows Business Park
Phase II Subdivision, a part of the North half of Section 23,
Township 31 North, Range 13 East, City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by LaCroix Meadows Business Park,
L.L.C., by C. J. Morrill, Co -Managing Partner and Bill Stanfield,
Co -Managing Partner, bearing the certification of Wayne Koehler, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated October 19, 1999, is hereby
approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and �approval. (�
