AN ORDINANCE ACCEPTING A GENERAL WARRANTY
DEED FROM NORTHFIELD PROPERTIES INC., FOR
IMPROVEMENTS IN NORTHFIELD NINETEENTH
SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, hereby
accepts a General Warranty Deed, executed by Northfield
Properties, Inc., by Stephen E. Strom, President, conveying to
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a General Warranty Deed for
improvements to serve Northfield Nineteenth Subdivision, Sewer
District 14-R-2, described as follows, to -wit:
Lot 322A of Northfield Nineteenth Subdivision to the
City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
