AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
OF GOLDEN EAGLE SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Golden Eagle Subdivision, part
of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 26,
Township 31 North, Range 13 East, City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by the Howard G. Kinder, Sr.,
Trustee of the Howard G. Kinder Sr. Trust, bearing the
certification of Kenneth G. Baer, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated
January 21, 1998, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
