ORDINANCE NO. 42APOD
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
OF ALBERT PLACE SECOND SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Albert Place Second
Subdivision, all of Lots 9, 11 and 12 and Part of Lots 8 and 10 in
Block 1 of Albert Place Addition, City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by Joyce E. Blattner, and Jerry E.
Erlbacher, bearing the certification of Stephanie R. Vines, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated May 14, 1999, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
