AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
RINGS -CORNER SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Kings -Corner, a resubdivision
of Lots 8 and 9 of Riverside Meadows 2 ndSubdivision to the City
and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by Gary Wayne
Otte and Cheryl Lynn Otte, husband and wife, bearing the
certification of Scott A. Richards, a Registered Land Surveyor,
dated August 23, 1999, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
