AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE C OF SECTION
26-121 OF THE CITY CODE, BY PLACING STOP SIGNS
ON CHESAPEAKE AVENUE AT ITS INTERSECTION WITH
LEXINGTON AVENUE AND ON CONCORD PLACE AT ITS
INTERSECTION WITH CHESAPEAKE AVENUE, IN THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule C of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby amended by
placing a stop signs in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the following
locations:
On Chesapeake Avenue at its intersection with Lexington
Avenue on the northwest corner facing north
On Concord Place at its intersection with Chesapeake Avenue
on the northeast corner facing east
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days
after its passage and approval.
