AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE
C OF SECTION 26-121 OF THE CITY
CODE, BY PLACING STOP SIGNS ON
HOPPER ROAD AT KAGE ROAD, IN THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule C of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby amended by
placing a stop signs in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the following
locations:
On Hopper Road at its intersection with Kage Road,
Southwest corner facing West
On Kage Road at its intersection with Hopper Road,
Northwest corner facing North
On Kage Road at its intersection with Hopper Road,
Southeast corner facing South
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten days
after its passage and approval.
