ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
BROOKSHIRE ESTATES FOURTH SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Brookshire Estates Fourth
Subdivision, a Subdivision of Lot 3 and 4 of Brookshire Second
Subdivision, City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted
by Han Mu Kang, Trustee of the Han Mu Kang Revocable Living Trust
as Amended July 19, 1988 and Kang Partnership, a Limited
Partnership, bearing the certification of Larry D. Dowdy, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated June 23, 1999, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
