AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE BOUNDARIES OF
LATERAL SEWER DISTRICT NO. 13-C-1, A
SUBDIVISION OF TRUNK SEWER DISTRICT NO. 13, IN
THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. That the boundaries of Lateral Sewer District No.
13-C-1, a subdivision of Trunk Sewer District No. 13 in the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, shall be as follows:
Establish the boundaries of Lateral Sewer District #13-C-
1 to serve the Rosebrook Apartments located at the
Northwest corner of the Linden Street & Beaudean Lane
intersection
That the boundaries of Lateral Sewer District No. 13-C-1,
a subdivision of Trunk Sewer District No. 13 in the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, shall be as follows:
Commence at the intersection of the West right of way
line of Beaudean Lane and the North right of way line of
Linden Street; thence North 81°19'15" West, 478.15 feet
to a point; thence North 08005124" East, 245.63 feet to
a point; thence South 81018124" East, 475.00 feet to a
point; thence South 07021116" West, 245.56 feet to the
point of beginning.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
