AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE P OF SECTION
26-248 OF THE CITY CODE, ESTABLISHING LIMITED
PARKING ON DUNKLIN STREET, IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule P of Section 26-248 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing limited parking areas in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
Dunklin Street - South side, beginning at the
intersection with West End Boulevard and continuing
westward along the south curb line to the intersection
Perry Avenue, from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
