AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT OF
ASPEN PARK TOWNHOUSES PHASE III SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Aspen Park Townhouses Phase III
Subdivision, all of Lot 1 of Mt. Auburn Subdivision No. 6, being
part of Section 26, Township 31 North, Range 13 East, City and
County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by G. Keith Deimund,
Trustee of the G. Keith Deimund Trust, and David F. Dormeyer,
Trustee of the David F. Dormeyer Voluntary Trust, bearing the
certification of Wayne Koehler, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated
June 21, 1999, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
