AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
OF JOE KLUESNER SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Joe Kluesner Subdivision, part
of Lot No. 2 of Robert L. Wilson's Subdivision of Out Lot No. 74 of
U.S. Private Survey No. 2199, Township 31 North, Range 14 East,
City and County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by Joseph M.
Kluesner and Elizabeth L. Kluesner, bearing the certification of
Scott A. Richards, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated July 12, 1999,
is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
