ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING FUNDS FOR PUBLIC
WORKS, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, hereby appropriates from revenues in excess of those
estimated in the Budget for expenditure during the fiscal year
ending June 30, 2000, for the operation of the department
specified, in the following amount:
Public Works - Two Hundred Ninety -One Thousand Six
Hundred Dollars ($291,600.00) for modifying and equipping
transfer station conversion to walking floor system.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
