CODE, ESTABLISHING A
SPACE ON SUNSET
CITY OF CAPE
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule T of Section 26-260 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing handicapped parking spaces in the City of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
Sunset Boulevard -- West side, beginning at a point 46
feet north of the northeast corner of the intersection
with Themis Street and continuing northward along the
west curb line for a distance of 25 feet and there
terminating.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
