AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
OF AQUAMSI BLUFF TOWNHOUSES
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Aquamsi Bluff Townhouses, all
of Lots 5, 6, 7 and 8, Range "G", City and County of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by Charles L. Hutson, Trustee of the
Charles L. Hutson Living Trust dated June 2, 1988, bearing the
certification of Larry D. Dowdy, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated
April 30, 1999, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval. /
