AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RIGHT-OF-WAY
DEDICATION PLAT FOR ARMSTRONG DRIVE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The Right -of -Way Dedication Plat for Armstrong
Drive, a part of United States Private Survey No. 175, Township 30
North, Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, City and
County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by Drury Southwest,
Inc., bearing the certification of R. Christopher Bowen, a
Registered Land Surveyor, dated May 12, 1999, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and ;-�LDAY
