AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
OF CEDAR RIDGE 2ND SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of Cedar Ridge 2nd Subdivision, a
resubdivision of Lot No. 29 of Cedar Ridge Subdivision, City and
County of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by George E.
Bockhorst, Jr. and Patricia A. Bockhorst, bearing the certification
of Wayne Koehler, a Registered Land Surveyor, dated April 21, 1999,
is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
