AN ORDINANCE APPROVING THE RECORD PLAT
OF DKR 5TH SUBDIVISION
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The record plat of DKR 5th Subdivision, a part of
the Rodney 400 Arpen Tract, U.S.P.S. 2199, Township 30 North,
Range 13 East of the Fifth Principal Meridian, City and County of
Cape Girardeau, Missouri, submitted by DKR Properties LLC, bearing
the certification of Wayne Koehler, a Registered Land Surveyor,
dated March 24, 1999, is hereby approved.
ARTICLE 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed to sign the
record plat with the date of Council approval and affix thereto the
seal of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and app oval.
