AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE A OF SECTION
26-228 OF THE CITY CODE, ESTABLISHING SPEED
LIMITS ON PERRYVILLE ROAD, IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule A of Section 26-228 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby amended by repealing
speed limits in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the following
location:
Perryville Road - twenty-five (25) miles per hour, from
700 feet South of Meyer Drive to the City limits.
ARTICLE 2. Schedule A of Section 26-228 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby amended by
establishing speed limits in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at
the following location:
Perryville Road - thirty-five (35) miles per hour, from
700 feet South of Meyer Drive to the City limits.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten
days after its passage and approval.
