AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE A OF SECTION
26-228 OF THE CITY CODE, REPEALING THE SPEED
LIMIT ON A PORTION OF MORGAN OAK AND
ESTABLISHING THE SPEED LIMIT ON A PORTION OF
MORGAN OAK, IN THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule A of Section 26-228 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby amended by repealing
the speed limit in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, a the
following location:
Morgan Oak Street - (City Limits to a point 450 feet east
of Spanish) - 40 MPH.
ARTICLE 2. Schedule A of Section 26-228 of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby amended by
establishing a speed limit in the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at
the following location:
Morgan Oak Street - From Spanish Street East to the City
Limits - 25 Miles Per Hour.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect ten
days after its passage and approval. l
