AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE K OF SECTION
26-121 OF THE CITY CODE, BY REPEALING CERTAIN
YIELD SIGNS ON STONY POINT AND PLACING NEW
YIELD SIGNS ON STONY POINT, IN THE CITY OF
CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule K of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by repealing yield signs in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following location:
On Stony Point at Greenbrier Drive, Southeast corner,
facing South.
ARTICLE 2. Schedule K of Section 26-121 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by placing yield signs in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri, at the following location:
On Stony Point at Greenbrier Drive, Northwest corner,
facing North.
ARTICLE 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
