AN ORDINANCE AMENDING APPENDIX A, SECTION V
PURSUANT TO SECTION 26-31 OF THE CITY CODE,
ESTABLISHING A THIRTY MINUTE LOADING ZONE ON
WEST END BOULEVARD, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Appendix A, Section V, pursuant to Section 26-31 of
the Code of Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is
hereby amended by establishing a thirty (30) minute loading zone in
the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, at the following location:
West End Boulevard - West Side, Beginning at a point
twenty-six (26) feet south of the southwest corner of the
intersection of West End Boulevard and Bloomfield Road
and continuing southward along the west curb line for a
distance of twenty-five (25) feet and there terminating.
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
