ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SCHEDULE P OF SECTION
26-248 OF THE CITY CODE, ESTABLISHING LIMITED
PARKING ON RANDOL AVENUE, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. Schedule P of Section 26-248 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby
amended by establishing limited parking areas in the City of Cape
Girardeau, Missouri, at the following locations:
Randol Avenue - East Side, Beginning at a point 58 feet
north of the northeast corner of the intersection with
Leroy Drive, and continuing northward along the east curb
line for a distance of 90 feet, and there terminating,
7:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M..
ARTICLE 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
ten days after its passage and approval.
