A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THE INTENT OF THE
CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, TO
REIMBURSE ITSELF FOR CERTAIN CAPITAL
EXPENDITURES RELATED TO THE MULTI -USE SOLID
WASTE TRANSFER STATION PROJECT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Article 1. The City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri (the
"City") will incur capital expenditures in connection with
acquiring, designing, constructing, furnishing, and equipping a
multi -use solid waste transfer station (the "Project") after the
date hereof. The City intends to reimburse itself for such
expenditures with the proceeds of bonds or other obligations to
be issued by the City. The maximum amount of bonds anticipated
to be issued will be $5.5 million.
Article 2. This Resolution shall be in full force and
effect from and after its adoption.
