A RESOLUTION ADOPTING A PROPOSED FIVE-YEAR
TRANSPORTATION TRUST FUND PROGRAM 2011-2015
(TTF-4) FOR THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City Council of the City of Cape Girardeau,
does hereby approve and adopt the "Proposed Transportation Trust
Fund Program 2011-2015 (TTF-4)" as set out on Exhibit No. 1,
attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as though
fully set out herein, for the purposes of establishing the
transportation improvements to be funded by the Transportation
Sales Tax and the City Transportation Trust Fund proposed to be
presented to the voters on August 3, 2010.
