A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1 TO THE
ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT WITH KOEHLER
ENGINEERING AND LAND SURVEYING, INC., FOR
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES FOR LEWIS AND CLARK
PARKWAY, PHASE I, IN THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City Manager, for and on behalf of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby authorized to execute
Supplemental Agreement No. 1 to the Engineering Services
Contract with Koehler Engineering and Land Surveying, Inc., for
Lewis and Clark Parkway, Phase I, in the City of Cape Girardeau,
Missouri. A copy of said Supplemental Agreement is attached to
this Resolution and made a part hereof.

SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO. 1
TO
ENGINEERING SERVICES CONTRACT
This Supplemental Agreement is made part of an agreement dated July 26, 2007 between the
City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri and Koehler Engineering and Land Surveying, Inc., for design
and construction inspection of project J010767A, Lewis and Clark Parkway Phase I. The
purpose of this Supplemental Agreement is to provide additional surveying, design, and related
services related -to changes in the roadway alignment and grade. These additional services -shall
be in an amount not to exceed (Twenty -Three Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty -Nine and 08/100)
($23,989.08) without further authorization. The total design phase services shall be in an amount
not to exceed (One Hundred Forty -Six Thousand, Sixty -Three and 51/100 dollars)
($146,063.51). Attachment A outlines the cost breakdown for this Supplemental Agreement.
