A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NUMBER 1 TO
THE AVIATION PROJECT DESIGN CONSULTANT
AGREEMENT WITH CRAWFORD, MURPHY, AND TILLY
FOR GENERAL AVIATION TERMINAL REHABILITATION
AT THE CAPE GIRARDEAU REGIONAL AIRPORT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City Manager, for and on behalf of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby authorized to execute
Supplemental Agreement Number 1 to the Aviation Project Design
Consultant Agreement with Crawford, Murphy and Tilly, Inc., at
the Cape Girardeau Regional Airport. A copy of said Agreement
is attached to this Resolution and made a part hereof.

SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NUMBER 1
IMPROVEMENTS TO THE GENERAL AVIATION TERMINAL
THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NUMBER 1, made and entered into this day of , 2006,
AMENDS THE AVIATION PROJECT DESIGN CONSULTANT AGREEMENT for Improvements to the
General Aviation Terminal, dated March 7, 2006, by and between the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
(hereinafter referred to as " Sponsor") and CRAWFORD, MURPHY & TILLY, INC. (hereinafter referred to
as "Consultant').
WHEREAS, the Sponsor has elected to divide the general aviation terminal project into two bidding
packages.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants and agreements hereinafter set forth, it is agreed
to as follows:
REVISE ARTICLE 9. FEES AND PAYMENTS:
DELETE SECTION 9B, first sentence of the first paragraph:
REPLACE WITH:
For and in consideration of the Design Phase services rendered by Consultant, Owner
shall pay Consultant a lump sum fee of $32,776.00, related to the General Aviation Terminal
improvements in accordance with the terms of Paragraph (D) subject to adjustment according to
Paragraph (C) below.
REVISE EXHIBIT IV:
DELETE: Exhibit IV, first page
REPLACE WITH: attached Exhibit IV
REVISE EXHIBIT V:
DELETE: Exhibit V
REPLACE WITH: attached Exhibit V
