A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
EXECUTE SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NUMBER 1 TO
THE DESIGN CONSULTANT AGREEMENT WITH
CRAWFORD, MURPHY AND TILLY, INC., FOR
IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PAVEMENTS IN THE
VICINITY OF THE AVIATION FUEL STORAGE AREA
AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE AIRCRAFT TIE DOWN
LAYOUT IN THE GENERAL AVIATION APRON, AT THE
CAPE GIRARDEAU REGIONAL AIRPORT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE
GIRARDEAU, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City Manager, for and on behalf of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby authorized to execute
Supplemental Agreement Number 1 to the Design Consultant
Agreement with Crawford, Murphy and Tilly, Inc., for
Improvements to the Pavements in the Vicinity of the Aviation
Fuel Storage Area and Improvements to the Aircraft Tie Down
Layout in the General Aviation Apron, at the Cape Girardeau
Regional Airport. A copy of said Agreement is attached to this
Resolution and made a part hereof.

IMPROVEMENTS TO THE PAVEMENTS IN THE VICINITY OF THE AVIATION FUEL STORAGE
AREA AND IMPROVEMENTS TO THE AIRCRAFT TIE DOWN LAYOUT IN THE GENERAL AVIATION
APRON
THIS SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NUMBER 1, made and entered into this _ day of , 2006,
AMENDS THE AVIATION PROJECT DESIGN CONSULTANT AGREEMENT for the Improvements to the
Pavements in the Vicinity of the Fuel Storage Area and Improvements to the Aircraft Tie Down Layout in
the General Aviation Apron, dated March 7, 2006, by and between the City of Cape Girardeau, Missouri,
(hereinafter referred to as " Sponsor") and CRAWFORD, MURPHY & TILLY, INC. (hereinafter referred to
as "Consultant").
WHEREAS, the construction schedule pursued by the Contractor required the Engineer to spend
additional days on-site, beyond the time originally budgeted within the part-time construction observation
scope originally included in the contract.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants and agreements hereinafter set forth, it is agreed
to as follows:
REVISE ARTICLE 9. FEES AND PAYMENTS:
DELETE SECTION 9B, second paragraph:

For and in consideration of the Construction Phase Administrative Services rendered by
Consultant, Owner shall pay Consultant direct salaries, overhead, direct expenses, and subconsultant
fees as specified below plus a fixed fee of $ 582.66 for a total not to exceed of $ 11,202.08
