A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO
PROJECT AGREEMENT NUMBER 2, TO A
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES CONTRACT WITH
CRAWFORD, MURPHY & TILLY, INC.,
CONSULTING ENGINEERS, FOR A
HANGAR/MANUFACTURING FACILITY FOR
RENAISSANCE AIRCRAFT, AT THE CAPE
GIRARDEAU REGIONAL AIRPORT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City Manager, for and on behalf of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby authorized to execute an
Amendment to Project Agreement Number 2, to a Professional
Services Contract dated August 18, 1998, with Crawford, Murphy &
Tilly, Inc., Consulting Engineers, for a hangar/manufacturing
facility for Renaissance Aircraft, at the Cape Girardeau Regional
Airport. A copy of said Amendment to the Project Agreement is
attached to this Resolution and made a part hereof.

AIRPORT PROJECT AGREEMENT DATED FEBRUARY 21, 2002
MANUFACTURING FACILITY
CAPE GIRARDEAU REGIONAL AIRPORT
January 14, 2003
WHEREAS, the original Project Agreement dated February 21, 2002, which supplements the Professional
Services Contract, dated August 18, 1998, provided for a lump sum amount of $84,700.00 for Basic Design and
Construction Phase Services; and
WHEREAS, the original bids exceeded the budget, and
WHEREAS, the scope of design for the proposed construction work was altered to meet the budget, and
WHEREAS, the project was re -bid a second time,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that parties do mutually agree that the aforesaid Agreement for
Consultant Services be amended as follows:
ARTICLE 3 COMPENSATION, Paragraph 3.1, first sentence is amended to provide that the lump sum amount
shall be increased by $3,890.77 from $84,700.00 to $88,590.77.
