RESOLUTION NO.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE SUPPLEMENT NO. 2
TO THE MASTER SITE LEASE, WITH THE
FEDERAL AVIATION ADMINISTRATION, AT
THE CAPE GIRARDEAU REGIONAL AIRPORT
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CAPE GIRARDEAU,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ARTICLE 1. The City Manager, for and on behalf of the City
of Cape Girardeau, Missouri, is hereby authorized to execute
Supplement No. 2 to the Master Site Lease (Contract No. DTFA09-
97-L-15806, dated January 1, 1998), with the Federal Aviation
Administration at the Cape Girardeau Regional Airport. A copy of
said Supplement No. 2 is attached to this Resolution and made a
part hereof.

Supplement No. 2
To Contract No. DTFA09-97-L-15806
Dated January 1, 1998
For Master Site Lease
At Cape Girardeau Regional Airport
Cape Girardeau, Missouri
Contract No. DTFA09-97-L-15806 is hereby amended to add the site and rights
for installation of three (3) Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) storage
buildings, in accordance with the legal description and drawings attached
hereto and made a part hereof. The buildings are currently located at
another site on the airport.
The City of Cape Girardeau Airport Authority shall also assume the following
responsibilities concerning the move:
a. The move of the buildings from the existing site to the new site
shall be the responsibility of the city and at no cost to the FAA.
b. The city shall pour concrete pads for placement of the three
buildings at the new site. The plot shall be fenced and graveled in
accordance with the FAA requirements.
C. Trash dumpsters currently located near the site shall be moved to a
new site that is not in close proximity to the FAA buildings.
d. The city shall notify the FAA a minimum of 15 days prior to the
anticipated move date.
e. If the building(s) are seriously damaged during the move, the city
shall replace the building(s) at no cost to the Government.
f. Electrical service shall be provided to the storage buildings at no
cost to the FAA.
Upon completion of the move and acceptance by the FAA, the existing leased
site for the storage building space and the DF site (Item No. 7 and
Item No. 9, Attachment A of the Master Site Lease) shall be deleted from the
Master Site Lease in their entirety.
All other terms and conditions of Contract No. DTFA09-97-L-15806 shall
remain the same.
Supplement No. 2 shall become effective September 1, 2001.

North 508573.092, East 1092440.325; South 00'00'00" East, 235.41 feet to a point; thence
North 90'00'00" East, 1060.34 feet to a point; thence North 00'00'00" East, 50.00 feet
to a point; thence North 13'42'56" West, 370.66 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence North
44'11'13" West, 55.67 feet to a point; thence North 45°48'28" East, 62.00 feet to a
